Chocolattés Coffee & Roasting Fort Myers is the vision of Lisa and Chris (Willie) Wilson. After years of wintering in Fort Myers and hunting for great coffee, they moved in 2003 to bring locally crafted coffee to Southwest Florida. They first grew a coffee business inside Lee Health Systems to support the community, then opened their brick-and-mortar in November 2018—where you can experience in-house roasting, bean to cup.
