We found a property online and started working with Terri from the start since we did not have our own realtor. She treated us just like we were her own client and worked with us to make the purchase happen. We live up North and made an offer on the property sight unseen. We flew to Florida a couple days later and Terri met us and showed us the property and spent so much time with us answering all our questions and showing us around the community. Terri continued to work with us through settlement and even offered to help us after the purchase was completed.
